QI: Quality information for tourists



The Pilar de la Horadada tourist office is the only one in Alicante province to receive two seals of quality after the external audit that it was submitted to in order to analyse how it operates

The objective of the inspection was to know if Pilar de la Horadada can keep the Q for Touristic Quality and ISO 9001:2008 certificate; an exam which it passed. “Not only have we passed it, but they also congratulated us on the work we are doing in this department that is so important for our municipality,” assured the satisfied Tourism advisor, Menchu Serra.

After having passed this test, Pilar will keep both certificates to remain the only municipality in Alicante province with a Tourist Office that is up to these standards. In the reports, it highlighted the attentive, informative and welcoming service given by the workers to everyone who visits the office, as well as the opening hours, languages, material provided and level of customer satisfaction.
