The Rojales municipal dance school ends the school year by putting on a very varied show

There was no space for nerves on the stage but an atmosphere of music, lights and enthusiasm. The Teatro Capitol in Rojales was full to capacity to enjoy the Municipal Dance School’s end of 2012-2013 show. Families of the girls and residents of the municipality watched a performance in which the dancers showed what they had learned over the last year

Dressed in frills, or for the Charleston or in the modern street style of B-Girls, about 50 young dance-lovers, under the direction of their teachers Isabel Avellanada and Begoña Lopez, showed their skills boards of the Capitol. They were accompanied by a wide variety of music and performed a wide range of dances from classical composers like Vivaldi up to pop starts like Nicki Minaj, as well as traditional styles like rumbas.

After so much hard work, their success was assured and the applause went on and on.
